The mission of Plan 4 Success(tm) is to prepare undergraduate minority students for meaningful career-focused positions with Fortune 500 companies upon graduation, and to provide these companies access to a pool of highly qualified individuals, ready to take on the challenges of today's corporate world.

Our organization's strategy is to groom students through a strategic training program that ideally begins in the first year of undergraduate studies. Through the contributions of e-Coaches and other volunteers, the program emphasizes personal accountability while guiding students to build internship portfolios, complete appropriate academic coursework, and develop networking skills that will bring them closer to their path to success.
