Career development is the cornerstone of Plan 4 Success. At our organization, a student's road to success begins with three of our most important services - a career assessment, gap analysis and strategic action plan.

Career Assessment -This is the first step in developing a career strategy. The career assessment is a thorough data collection process that gathers information about the student's background, educational experience, career objectives and more.

Gap Analysis - Once the student submits the information, one of our professional career coaches analyzes the data and completes a gap analysis. The gap analysis matches the student's strengths and experience against the industry's requirements. From there a strategic action plan emerges.

Strategic Action Plan - The Strategic Action Plan provides in detail, everything the student will need to do to accomplish his or her long-term career goal. It includes projected completion dates for each step, and the student is held accountable for accomplishing them. The plan lists the attributes, experience and qualifications the student will need to be competitive and the necessary steps it will take to get there.
