 Corporate members are partners and financial contributors to the
organization. Through annual contributions to Plan 4 Success,
corporate members gain access to the student talent pool. Corporate members participate in the governing and advisory boards of the organization to provide corporate leadership in the development of Plan 4 Success. Corporate members will also participate in the training modules so students have the opportunity to directly interact with corporate members. Each corporate member will also establish a strong presence by positioning their corporate identity and message to potential career candidates through the organization's communications including the website, brochures, and stationary. In addition, corporate members will receive access to the student data base with their profiles. The Plan 4 Success website will also provide e-mail accounts to further enable corporate members and students to communicate and networking relationships. The organization will work directly with the corporate member to understand staffing trends and specific qualifications required to meet or exceed hiring standards. This information will be integrated as benchmarks in the students' Strategic Action Plan. We assist you in pre-screening and training for job interviews.
