Plan 4 Success is already active on college campuses. What’s more, our students – a wide variety of minority and disadvantaged youth – are hard at work preparing to make the jump from college student to employed professional – with the help of the Plan 4 Success program.

After preparing and planning their career objectives, as underclassmen, these student clients grew through participation in the various Plan 4 Success programs. As Seniors, Plan 4 Success put each student through rigorous interview training, resume preparation and critique sessions, as well as a personal presentation skills development session – all aimed at one final objective: obtaining a commitment to an entry-level position upon graduation.
