Plan 4 Success Internship Program

Plan 4 Success has now launched the unpaid internship program. This program assists selected companies with the creation of formal internship programs to enhance and facilitate their business operations, while providing Plan 4 Success students with quality work experience.

We currently have one student at Icon Blue.

Basic Training

1. Familiarize with other employees roles and how they interact and flow with each other
2. Familiarize with our clients and main programs

1. Introduction to ASI, PPAI

3. Printing Processes
4. Creative process and application
5. ESP
Catalogs
1. Familiarize with filing system, factories, and catalog info
2. File incoming catalogs and replace older catalogs
Order Dept & Order Process
1. Creating an order
2. Order Follow-up
3. Closing/Filing an order
Customer Service

Answering and making phone calls
Greeting clients
Client Follow-up

Month 2
Account Manager Assistant

Product Research
1. Using ESP, Catalogs, and account managers
Attend Meetings
1. Sit in on Sales, vendor, and client Meetings

Month 3
Account Manager Assistant

Creative Process
1. Assist with product selection
2. Assist with marketing ideas
Presentations
1. Creating client product and power point presentations
Quoting clients
1. Pricing structure

Month 4 - 6
Account Manager Assistant

RFP’s & RFI’s
1. Assist with reading , preparing, and responding to client bids
Import Process
1. Overseas Quoting
2. Shipment & delivery
