Students will have the opportunity to listen and interact with a host of guest speakers that range from recent alumni, accomplished career professionals, corporate leaders, motivational speakers, sports and entertainment celebrities. The VIP Speaker series is designed to be interactive so students can engage in one-on-one discussions with guest speakers to discuss, analyze, and develop strategies for their goals in the program.

The VIP Speaker Program will serve as an introductory program to the Comprehensive Career Preparation Program. The underlying factors that speakers introduce in their presentations are to motivate students to begin to think early about their career choices, develop a detailed plan to achieve their career goals with time-lines, and to utilize an effective methodology of networking.

Speaking formats will include individual and panel presentations. In all cases, speakers will be matched to the particular backgrounds, interests and needs of the students. As an integral part of each speaking engagement, students are invited to stay and participate in a networking social event that is linked to the alumni association.

Plan 4 Success will contact high school and college campuses in the geographic region of the speakers. The key to success is to develop relationships with career centers that are under utilized by students. Plan 4 Success seeks to assist career centers to increase their student clientele. In developing a relationship, three goals are achieved: (1) Speakers develop their own reputation as career and motivational speakers; (2) The VIP Speakers Program becomes a gateway for students to learn about the Plan 4 Success Comprehensive Career Preparation Program; (3) Plan 4 Success develops relationships with career centers and promote the utilization of their services to students.

The speakers commit to conducting a presentation free of charge. Plan 4 Success will plan and promote the event through the career center offices of campuses. The speakers will endorse the Plan 4 Success Program as a viable and effective program for students who are serious about their career planning.

Although the speaking engagement is at no charge to the schools, any invitation for the speaker to return will initiate a speaker's fee that is shared by the speaker and Plan 4 Success.

The organization is in the process of identifying and obtaining commitments from speakers. Speakers who have confirmed their participation with Plan 4 Success Guest Speaker Series include:
