Demographic Population

The target demographic to be served by Plan 4 Success includes the students of the following minority groups:

• African-American
• Hispanic / Latino
• Native American
• Women
• Immigrants
• First Generation College Students
• Low Income Students
  

These minority groups were identified for two related factors. First, they represent the smallest percentage of all ethnic groups enrolled at the undergraduate level and the smallest percentage of graduates. The second factor is that corporate recruitment and diversity initiatives have not been successful in fulfilling their goals to recruit qualified minority into their ranks. Plan 4 Success is the strategic link between the two factors to close the gap.
