Attending workshops and getting hands-on experience is also important to our students' success.

At Plan 4 Success, we offer interactive, first-hand learning experiences. In addition to our staff facilitating workshops,  our corporate members will hold seminars for students on various topics.

Career Strategy Skills - This workshop is taught to either groups or individuals and it addresses the benefits of developing a career strategy. Most students have the tenacity or drive to pursue a higher education, but they may not have thought beyond college graduation. During this workshop we show them their options.

Interviewing Skills - Our interviewing skills workshop is more than teaching students what to wear or how to behave on an interview. Our workshops go into the different interviewing styles (hypothetical, case study or behavioral), too. Students are taught these special techniques and ways to prepare for any type of interview. This workshop is so important to a students' success that it's included on every student's action plan as a graduating senior. At Plan 4 Success we know first hand from our corporate members what Corporate America  expect from potential employees and students and pass that knowledge on to them.
